When you interact with me, I may collect:
- Name, email address, and sometimes phone numbers (through sign-ups, forms, Calendly, in-person, etc.)
- Session notes, recordings, and transcripts (shared with you, and then deleted within 30 days unless otherwise agreed)
- Testimonials, videos, or written stories — only if you’ve given explicit written consent
2. Why I Collect It
I use this information to:
- Schedule sessions, communicate with you, and deliver services
- Share content and updates (like newsletters or offerings)
- Improve your experience with my services
- Share your testimonial or story (only with your written permission)
3. Storage & Security
- Your information is stored inside platforms I use: Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Calendly, Google Docs, and bank providers.
- Locally, I may store testimonial videos (with your consent).
- Recordings and transcripts are deleted within 30 days unless you’ve asked me to keep them longer for a specific purpose.
4. Sharing Your Information
- I do not sell or trade your data. Ever.
- Sometimes I may share info with my VA or team if needed to help me deliver services — always with discretion and confidentiality.
- If you ask me to connect you with another practitioner, I’ll share your info only with your consent.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Since my site is hosted on Kajabi, cookies and similar tracking tools may be used (think: site performance, analytics, and ads). You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
6. Children’s Privacy
My services are not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. If I discover I’ve accidentally collected information from a child under 18, I’ll delete it immediately.
7. International Rights (GDPR + CCPA)
If you live in the EU, UK, or California, you have specific rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data. You can also object to marketing use or ask for your data to be transferred. To exercise these rights, contact me directly (see below).
8. Your Choices
- You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or contacting me.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time — email me and I’ll take care of it.
- You can withdraw consent for a testimonial or recording, and I’ll remove it as soon as possible.
9. Changes to This Policy
If I update this Privacy Policy, I’ll post the changes here with a new “Last Updated” date.
