These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, offerings, and digital products (“Services”) provided by Io Ash Misako (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By purchasing, booking, or participating in my Services, you (“you,” “client,” or “participant”) agree to the following:

1. Who This Is For

You must be 18 years or older to participate in my Services. By engaging, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. I share guidance, insights, and tools—but how you use them is 100% up to you. I am not liable for any actions you take (or don’t take) as a result of my Services.

2. Services

My Services may include:

  • Intuitive coaching, psychic channeling, and related spiritual or personal development offerings.

  • Group programs, courses, and live or recorded events.

  • One-on-one sessions conducted online, in person, or by phone.

I reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any Service at any time.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Unless a specific offer page clearly states otherwise, all sales are final.

  • Sessions: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited.

  • Programs & Courses: Your payment secures your spot. No transfers or refunds once purchased.

  • If I choose to offer a refund or credit, it’s at my sole discretion.

  • If a particular product or program has its own refund/cancellation terms, those override this umbrella policy.

4. Recordings & Content Use

Some Services may be recorded. You’ll always be informed if recording is happening.

  • You may receive access to your recording (if provided). These are available for up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

  • I may keep recordings longer only with your written consent (for example, testimonials).

  • I may use my own spoken portions of recordings for content, but I will never share your voice, image, or identifying details without your explicit written consent.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

I treat your information with respect. I may take notes during sessions, which are for my professional use only. Anything you share is confidential, except:

  • Where you’ve given written consent (such as testimonials).

  • Where required by law.

6. No Professional Advice

My Services are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always seek appropriate professional guidance when needed. You acknowledge that I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You agree to:

  • Use your own judgment when applying insights.

  • Take full responsibility for your decisions and their consequences.

  • Seek emergency or professional help if required.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials (written, audio, video, digital, or otherwise) I create remain my intellectual property. You may not copy, share, or distribute them without written permission.

9. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi, Venmo, bank transfer). You agree to pay in full at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan offered.

10. Termination

I reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services if you breach these Terms, act inappropriately, or create harm to me or other participants. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

My Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” I make no guarantees of specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (Texas law governs):

  • My total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

  • I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost income, business opportunities, or emotional distress).

By engaging in my Services, you agree to release me from liability and acknowledge that your choices are your own.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on my website with the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of my Services means you accept the updated Terms.
